First Aid Homeopathy and Holistic Massage by Martha and Christine.
The Workshop given by MARTHA will take place from 10am-12am: Classic homeopathy uses solutions or pills made with effective solvable ingredients. One looks at the individuel and their history and complaints. Classic homeopathy works on different levels and demands experience and vision. To apply homeopathy at home is more suited for uncomplicated complaints. The treatment will not be instead of First Aid or medical help, but will only work with the medical care, to act immediately or as a preventative action. Most of the time, the miner serious complaints can vanish or be less, with homeopathic treatment when there is no need to call a doctor. In this course there will be an explanation of the principal of homeopathy. One will study several homeopathic treatments with its typical symptom and application. This workshop is for everybody.
Price for this 1 day workshop given by Martha & Christine is 75 Euro p/p. Minimum of 4 persons and with a maximum of 8 persons. We will start in the morning at 10am-12am. A nice Burgundian lunch will be served between 12 am and 2 pm, this can be outside or inside, depends on the weather! In the afternoon we will start again at 2pm-4pm.
The Workshop given by CHRISTINE from 2 pm-4 pm: In ancient times, in the East, people visited their physician not when they were ill, but when they were well. With the modern pace of life, many of us produce tension of some sort in our bodies either physical or emotional. With this in mind, she has put together a short course of relaxation techniques, pressure point therapy and energy flow massage that is easy for the beginner to learn. We will study the various essential oils and she will teach you how to make a blend. You can then choose oils that are best suited for you and general use. The course will be relaxing, informative and fun. She will supply everything you need, you don't have to bring anything, just yourselves.
Profile Martha Jeuken
Martha Jeuken worked from 1964 in healthcare. After 20 years she choses another direction in her career and she started up her own business in marketing for organic food enterprises. Always interested in the health of people, afterwards she started her course of Shiatsu. Her 5 years of study in natural healthcare in 1990, specialising in Classic Homeopathy. The combination of her own business in organic health food and her own homeopathy practice worked until France came into her live. She visited more and more often, enjoying the peace and space of this countryside, until she could no longer maintain her own practise. Martha doesn't work anymore as a homeopath, but still follows all the developments in this field. Through knowledge and experience she developed a short course of how to apply first aid homeopathy at home and on your holiday. As she met Christine at the centre of Table-Tableau, and the two of them had so much in common, they agreed in organising a 1 day course, divided into a morning session and an afternoon session.
Profile Christine Walliman
She is English has lived for some years already in France. She has worked for over 30 years in the world of complimentary medicine, in her own business and her local general hospital. It was hard work and rewarding then a change of lifestyle came about when she moved to France 14 years ago. For the first 4 years she travelled around the rivers and canals during the summer and spent the winter in the Alps. Then she and her partner felt the need for a base and bought a canal side house which required lots of renovation. So, she became a builders mate for the next 5 years. Lucky to have the opportunity to continue her sports remedial massage in her ski resort where she lives in the winter. She was delighted to meet Martha at the centre of Table-Tableau, and together they have created the course called "Bien-Être/Wellness".
