Aquarelle Painting
A workshop for everybody, as a starter or for the ones who are looking for new technics or inspiration.
This course will be there for all of you.
You will learn about : background, use of colours, composition, perspective, use of material. You can work in Aquarelle, with mixed technics, in a illustrative or abstract way. Still lives and landscapes, impressions or happenings, you can paint them with your brush, water colour paint, water and paper. We can work in the studio and also outside when the weather is nice.
Theory will be given to the whole group, painting can be done individual. the landscape around the Centre is beautiful, lovely green hillsides and valleys and authentic villages. A whole lot of nature and above all peace and quietness. This will surely give you inspiration. Materials are included the workshop. For this 1 day workshop made by appointment the price will be 60 Euro p.p, lunch included. You will start at 10am-12am, lunch, in the afternoon it will be from 2pm-5pm. From 1 to 6 persons.
Agnès van Gaalen
Agnès van Gaalen is Dutch, and has visited Art-School in a place called Den Bosch in Holland. She travelled a lot, and 12 years ago she settled down in France. For the last few years she made Aquarelle paintings in the so called technic "Wash and Line".
Some of her teachers were: Jan Asselbergs in Holland and Bill Parks in New Zealand. Since 2006 she and her husband Bas are occupied by the project Table-Tableau in Mougny. To create a meeting spot for people who love art, and the ones who love live or in the French language: "joie de vivre". This you can express in painting.
